What would be included in an apartment offered by MyStudioMontreal.com?

Each apartment and accommodation offered by MyStudioMontreal.com will be fully furnished. It will include all the amenities that you would need for enjoying a comfortable stay. Specific needs depends on the owner of the property but most of the apartments have linens, housewares, electronic equipments, VCR, DVD, television set, telephone, satellite television and several other utilities. The charges are included in our rentals and there are no additional charges that you will have to pay.

Depending on the location of your stay, there can be various amenities available including play areas for children, business centres, swimming pools, health centres, hot tubs, tennis courts, car rental service and various other amenities. You can contact our customer care executives for finding location which have the kind of amenities that you desire.

What will be included in the cost?

The rates for each of our apartment will include stay in the apartment, housekeeping services and all amenities. Every standard apartment will be completely furnished and will have linens, utensils, dishes and cookware. Several apartments will also have internet access. All the furniture in the apartments would be included in the basic cost.

How do I pay?

To confirm your booking, you will have to pay an advance directly to MyStudioMontreal.com. Then,  you will receive a bill each month which will include the rent for the next month along with the extra charges, if any, for the previous month. You will be able to pay through debit or credit card or if you want we can directly debit your account each month and provide you an invoice.

Would you be able to bill my company directly?

Yes. Several guests at MyStudioMontreal.com have a prior arrangement with us where the monthly bills are sent directly to the company. You can get the necessary arrangements made by contacting our customer care representatives.
