The reservation and stay was effortless! What a great way to travel! The Diesel Studio was cute and exactly what we were looking for! Pros: -The Atwater Metro is only 2 blocks away -The building and flat were clean -Largely residential area, quiet Cons: -Parking was an issue, but the AMC on the next block has 24 hour parking for $12 a day -Not really in walking distance to much, but the Metro is close by We plan on renting again the next time we are in Montreal!

We stayed in the Aqua suite for 5 days and really enjoyed our experience there. The area is great, Prince Arthur has some really nice restaurants and cafes and they\'re only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. The room was very pleasant, it had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Gabriela was nice to deal with and helpful as was Ophedy who we met to get our keys from their office on St Laurent. Overall very pleased with the service, apartment and the price. Their prices have changed since we stayed there but they\'re still cheaper than hotels and many hostels and you get your own place to yourself!

\"The apartment located at Maisonneuve West was in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, metro, bus lines and the heart of Montreal all at a terrific price. The building was secured with a video surveillance of the front lobby area. The view out the window and from the balcony was awesome. I was able to save a lot of money by cooking in the kitchen (the apartment was stocked with a full set of dishes and cookware). The furniture and bed were surprisingly comfortable. I realized, comparatively speaking, that for the price of this apartment, the location, and major convenience of having a kitchen to eat in, I was coming out ahead! My experience with the staff (primarily Angele Louma and Ophedy Couton) was that they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Angele was a bit of a moving target but always managed to respond to my inquiries in a timely fashion. During my stay, Ophedy responded to my inquiries within 24 hours. It was a wonderful experience but not perfect. Despite arranging for an early check-in, the unit was not cleaned and prepared upon my arrival (largely due to a late check-out by the previous tenants who did not follow the check-out procedures), and a broken front door knob that was quickly repaired. These flaws were relatively minor, and overshadowed by the customer service provided by the MyStudioMontreal team and the overall excellent location and price. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely do it again next time I’m in Montreal. Moreover, I would without hesitation recommend MyStudioMontreal to my friends and colleagues. The transparency of MyStudioMontreal was very comforting.\"

Excellent location and price. The staff was helpful and friendly, though our experience was not perfect: Despite a fully stocked kitchen, our apartment did not have any hand soap (we went out to buy it); and there was no mat in the bathroom to prevent slips after showering. But those flaws were relatively minor, and we would definitely stay here again.

The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Polite and prompt when booking with clear no-nonsense instructions and a warm welcome when met outside the centrally located, clean, bright, quiet, and extremely comfortable apartment. In addition, the beyond-the-call-of-duty offer of looking after our (very heavy) bags whilst coralling two small children on the day of departure allowed us to enjoy Montreal right up until the very end of stay. Needless to say, we would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of our friends.

Just a short note to say thank you for arranging the Saint-Louis apartment at such short notice. We throroughly enjoyed our stay in Montreal, a fanatastic city!

The accommodation was ideal for us and we found it to be a very pleasant surprise, considering the narrow entrance and stairs. Small things make life so much easier or enjoyable, like having big towels and access to spare loo rolls. The kitchen had everything one could need for a short stay or longer.

Alfie slept well in his cot, very comfy. Ella enjoyed the space of the pullout settee. The main bed could do with a little extra support to stop one rolling into the middle, but hey it was O.K.
We liked the personal touch that you gave and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. We have already! I'm sure we'll be back to visit again and will contact nearer the time re availability. Thanks once again

We absolutely loved Montreal and it was a huge bonus to live in a nice
appartement right in the center. We are all positive that we will use this way of
accomodation again. You helped us a lot the last day by looking after our baggage, imagine that day in the rain with 20 kilos(don't know pounds :)) of baggage, walking around Montreal in the rain. The appartement was much more than our expectations would dare to think and we are happy to say that noone should hesitate to rent it.
Last but not least, it was much cheaper than a two star hotel :) So thank you for the hospitality

I found the place just great. Everything is absolutely new and it's really homey. Moreover the apartment has got everything you need during your holidays (even a DVD player and all the other little details you would not find in other places!). The location is also fantastic, you couldn't find a more centric place, it's just in the middle of the city near all the sights. What's more, they really provided a good service and the treat was very personal. So if you have got guests who doubt if they should decide for this apartment I can only strongly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay with My Montreal Studio and would recommend it to others. There was a slight problem with a key in the lock box, forcing us to get another room for our first night.
